Well, assuming he actually applies (He came in Weds. and said he'd
come back Friday. I asked him if he wanted to take an application
with him and he just walked away) , there is no way we'd let him in
unless there were service in place to provide housekeeping services.
That's for starters. Not having seen his application, and learning
more about him, I don't know what else we would require. In any
event, if he' s applying for SSI, and is a Mass Rehab client, he'd be
#1 on our waiting list, unless anyone from that house on Chicopee St
in Chicopee applies before him.
