Narrative: 04/01/2007 1958 Patrol Brent M Dzialo - 2519 I responded to 45 Loudville Rd. in an attempt to locate a party residing at that address. The City Building Commissioner, Anthony Patillo, requested that police try to locate the party residing at that address, and- remain on scene until his arrival. I was able to locate David F. Lamere. In speaking with Lamere, he stated to me that he is - currently living out of a trailer parked on the property. He stated that his house was recently foreclosed on, and that he was going to be staying in the trailer until he was able to find something better.
