Patillo sent email requesting to be contacted if this person
was seen.

Narrative: 04/01/2007 1958 Patrol Brent M Dzialo - 2519
I responded to 45 Loudville Rd. in an attempt to locate a
party residing at that address. The City Building
Commissioner, Anthony Patillo, requested that police try to
locate the party residing at that address, and- remain on
scene until his arrival. I was able to locate David F.
Lamere. In speaking with Lamere, he stated to me that he is
- currently living out of a trailer parked on the property. He
stated that his house was recently foreclosed on, and that
he was going to be staying in the trailer until he was able
to find something better. I remained on scene while Patillo
spoke with Lamere. No further police service was necessary.

An easement is hereby taken in the parcel of land shown on the plan hereinafter referred
to as Parcel 15-RTTS-1 for the purpose of removing or demolishing a structure or portion of a
structure which is located partly within the limits of the City Way altered and laid out as
hereinbefore described,and for constructing slopes of excavation or embankment and consists of
the right to enter upon said land at any time during the effective period of the easement to
remove and/or demolish said structure or the portion thereof now located thereon,and to
construct thereon,slopes of excavation and/or embankment. Said easement is temporary in
nature and is to be in effect only for a period of three years from the date of recording of this
instrument.
The aforesaid easements are more particularly shown on the plan hereinafter referred to.
For the purpose of laying out,constructing and maintaining the sections of City Way
hereinbefore described,the Department of Highways,on behalf of the City of Northampton,does
hereby take,in fee simple,under the provisions of Chapter 79 of the General Laws and of all
other general or special laws thereto enabling,Parcel 15-2-C,shown on the plan hereinafter
referred to,including all trees and structures located thereon(not,however,including poles,
towers,lines,wires,cables and other appurtenances for the conveyance of electricity and
telephone communication and any other utilities)situated in the City of Northampton,County of
Hampshire,excepting from the rights herein taken,all easements for wires,pipes,conduits,poles
and other appurtenances for the conveyance of water,sewage,gas,oil and electricity and for

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Highways,acting under the
authority of Chapter 81,Section 29A of the General Laws and all other general or special laws
thereto enabling,hereby adjudges that public necessity and convenience require that said
Department of Highways should alter and lay out,on behalf of the City of Northampton,a
portion of Route 66 known as Westhampton Road in the City of Northampton,County of
Hampshire.
The alteration is made in two sections,as shown on the plan hereinafter referred to,and is
more fully described as follows:
The main baseline for the alteration begins at a point within the existing City layout of
Route 66 at the Westhampton town line,shown on the plan,hereinafter described,as station
9+59.15 and extends thence by a curve to the left of 1506.33 feet radius 40.85 feet;thence,north
38°-34'-21"east 208.66 feet;thence,north 54°-36'-39"east 521.37 feet;thence
north 63°-57'-51"east 229.07 feet;thence by a curve to the right of 400.00 feet radius 419.66
feet;thence,south 55°-55'-25"east 107.14 feet to the point of ending thereof,shown on the plan
hereinafter referred to as Station 24+85.90. The stations hereinafter referred to are points
thereon.
