FINDINGS:
The Planning Board approved the project for locating telecommunications antennas within the steeple of Helen Hills Hills Chapel based
on the plans and Information submitted with the application.
In approving the project,the Board found that all the criteria In section 11.6 for Site Plan Approval and 10.9 for telecommunications
facilities had been met.
In particular,the project does not require any modifications to the site. The antennas will be masked entirely within the louvers of the
church steeple. All equipment units will be housed in the basement of the abutting building with all cabling underground.
