Dear Mayor Higgins:
I am writing to inform you of a positive interaction we had with your
staff. In particular I want to recognize Linda LaPoint and Louis
Hasbrouck for their professional, courteous and timely efforts. I have
been a resident of Northampton for eighteen years and business owner
in town for five. As my practice has grown and my desires to invest
been realized; it has often been a perplexing and illusive experience to
find the right space with a good location in which to grow my practice
and set down roots.
Recently Lange Chiropractic signed a ten year lease to inhabit the old
C.J. Strong building and began the process of preparing our new
space. To a lay person this process is daunting, with the help and
guidance of your team, it has been rewarding. I appreciate being able
to be a part of this business community and I simply wanted to say
