1) Sign Lights maybe turned on one hour before opening and shall be turned of no later than one hour
after close of business.
FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the request for the additional front wall sign logo and the special permit request for a larger side
wall sign logo based on the information submitted with the application by Agnoli Sign Company:
Sign 11A and 12 both logo signs 43 square feet dated 4-5-13.
In granting the special permit for more and larger signs the board found:
1.Signs are located only where they are otherwise permitted in the district;and
2.The architecture of the building,the location of the building or the land or nature of the use being made of the building or land is such
that additional signs or signs of a larger size would not detract from the character of the neighborhood and should be permitted in the
public interest.
(3) The exact sign permitted,is what is shown on the plans-one 43 sf sign facing King St and one 43 sf sign facing Barrett St.
