I request that you grant a modification to waive the requirement for control construction for a
project at 29 Pleasant Street unit#1 in Northampton,MA because the kitchen cabinets,counters,and
water heater relocation are of a minor nature,will not affect health,accessibility,life and fire safety,or
structural requirements and is impractical in that the cost of control construction is considerable when
compared to the cost of the proposed work.Thank you for your consideration.
