RE: 26 Crescent Street, Unit 100, Water Problem—Re-inspection Follow-up
Dear Mr. Davis:
On January 7, 2005, a representative from this office conducted an re-inspection of the basement floor at the
premises located at 26 Crescent Street (Magna House). The re-inspection revealed the there has been much work
done and you and your Attorney, Larry Farber also stated that it will continue until the water problem is resolved.
I also continued the court case to February 14, 2005, at 1:30 am. I will also look into the situation of the water
drainage under the floor area that has the metal plate cover. Thank you for your continued cooperation in this
matter.
