Date: February 12, 2009 Project: Village at Hospital Hill Phase 2 Site Punch List— Building A3 The Berkshire Design Group conducted a site visit on February 12, 2009 in conjunction with the Secondary Final Construction Control affidavit. The majority of the site was found to be snow-covered, which significantly restricted site observation. As such we reserve the right to augment or amend this list when weather conditions permit a more thorough examination, and we issue this list based solely on the items readily observable on February 12, 2009. The following observable 'punch list' items are missing, incomplete, or inconsistent with the contract documents. Non-observable items have not been evaluated. 1. Final bituminous paving course, including bit. conc. curb, line striping and accessible parking signage and markings has yet to be completed 2. ADA detectable warning strips to be installed 3. Steps#4 and#5: Railings not installed. Spalling of concrete observed in several areas. East cheek wall on Step#4 is damaged. Pitch on several treads(steps#4 and#5) do not pitch properly and will collect water.A representative for the GC indicated during our site visit that both sets of concrete steps will be removed and new steps installed. 4. Fencing; metal fencing not installed &wood dumpster enclosure/gates incomplete 5. Acceptance of sod to be evaluated in the spring. 6. Plantings are not installed. 7. Play area surfacing was not observable. 8. Pitch on a portion of the concrete pad for mailboxes appears to be incorrect.
