Carolyn,
I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with the Woodbine Ave applications. I've marked the rear building (single
apartment) up for a finding; more than 5' into the setback but not past the existing building. That building has a 6'
setback.
The front building (2 apartments) has a 21.5'setback now. The proposed addition would have a 7.5'setback.
It seems to come down to 2 questions:
Is the front building a 2 family, or is it considered a multifamily because of the rear unit?
If it is a multifamily, is the rear building setback the operative dimension for the front building?
