3. WE HAVE AN EXTERIOR 16 /0 X 16/0 [256 SO. FT.] OVERHEAD DOOR THAT IS KEPT
OPEN ALL DAY LONG UNTIL THE HEATING SEASON
4. WE HAVE AN INTERIOR 8/0 X 8/0 [64 SQ. FT]. PLUS A 3/0 X7 /0 [21 SQ. FT.] DOOR
WHIGIi WILL ALSO STAY OPEN. TOTAL FREE AREA = 85 SQUARE FEET.
5. THE AIR FLOWING THROUGH THE DOORS WILL NOW BE AT A RATE OF 180 CFM
AND LEAVING THE BUILDING AT THE SAME RATE OF 122 CFM.
THE MAKE —UP AIR SYSTEM WILL BE ON LINE IN TWO WEEKS. THE HEATING PORTION
OF
THE MAKE -UP UNIT WILL BE ON LINE IN APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS, WHICH IS PRIOR TO
THE HEATING SEASON.
THE VOI ATILES WILL BE REMOVED AND THE ONLY DRAW BNCK IS THAT WE ARE USING
UNFILTERED AIR.

Dear Tony,
Here is the latest Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for 209 Earle Street, allowing use of the
spray booth. Temporary Certificates are only valid for 30 days and must be renewed monthly. Please
let us know as the project progresses so we can inspect the areas completed and change the
conditions of use.
The fee for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is $25.00. Please send a check, payable to
the City of Northampton, to the building department for each renewal, Thank you.
