bounded and described as follows:
Being known and designated as Lot #41 (forty -one) on a Plan of Lots entitled "Forest
Glen II, Northampton, Massachusetts, for Norman B. Keedy Construction Co., Inc. ",
dated July 1966 and recorded in Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 69,
Page 121 and 122; said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Southerly by Overlook Drive, one hundred five and seventy -five hundredths (105.70)
feet;
Westerly by Lot #42 (forty -two), one hundred forty -two and no one - hundredths (142.00)
feet;
Northerly by land now or formerly of Edbert Homes, Inc. one hundred five and seventy-
one hundredths (105.70) feet; and
Easterly by Lot #40 (forty) one hundred forty -two and no one - hundredths (142.00) feet;
Containing 15,010 square feet; all as shown on the aforesaid Plan.
