Dear Mr. Hasbrouck,
Please accept this letter as my notice that I inspected the subject property prior to the sheetrock
installation, It is my understanding that on February 19, 2013 that Roger Malo completed an electrical
inspection and was satisfied with the work including the fire caulking completed. Please note in a letter
sent earlier today the incorrect inspector was named. I will continue on this project working with Mr.
Gallo on an appropriate layout for the bathroom to ensure accessibility regulation compliance. I will
forward to you under separate cover the final layout of the bathroom that will be constructed.
