We are respectfully submitting a second zoning permit application for review of the attached driveway plans for
the 14.212 acre parcel of land on Sylvester Road. This preliminary topography survey, and driveway layout,
was created by Gregory Newman, P.E. of Worthington, MA. We understand that a more defined driveway
plan, including storm water management, will be required for construction. At this stage, we are hoping that
you can review this plan and advise us as to whether or not things look to be code compliant and on track.
Before purchasing the land, Jill and I want to be certain that we can achieve our goal of constructing a single-
family residence.
A few items of concern:
• Any Conservation Commission concerns? (For example, proximity of driveway to non - perennial stream
to the north / opposite side of Sylvester Road)
• Verification that sections of driveway requiring 12% slope are code compliant with regard to
orientation, etc.
