Dear Natalie,
I inspected the O'Rouke's Driving School at 122 Federal Street yesterday in accordance with the
Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR1 §110.
1 did note a few minor deficiencies. Please contact me after the items have been corrected.
• The emergency light in the classroom is not working.
• The emergency light in the rear hallway is not working.
• The fire extinguisher in the classroom does not have a current inspection.
• An exit sign is needed on or over the door leading from the rear hall to the classroom.
• An arrow needs to be installed on the hall side of the door to the empty office directing
people toward the functional exit.
