32C-276 (3) Section 711 Energy Conservation The existing building exterior consists of multiple wythe brick masonry, all in good to excellent condition. Asphalt roofing is in relatively good to excellent condition The scope of this project does not modify any component of the building envelope, with the exception of several existing windows which will be replaced with new code compliant windows with a U Value of at least 0.45. The perimeter of the new bedroom will be furred out with new wood framing and gypsum board.
