dated 06/17/2005 #08307/1) hereby Covenant and Agree that the
basement space at 125 Cardinal Way in Florence, MA 01062 will be
used as storage and recreation. It will not be used as a sleeping space
without first obtaining a building permit and meeting all the
requirements of the Massachusetts State Building Code for a newly
created bedroom.
