Dear Chuck,
With regards to our conversation this morning, I am enclosing the building card and asking to withdraw
the building permit for 16 Lincoln Ave., Northampton, MA.
All the work involving the roof has been completed and all that remains is the repair of the front porch
floor framing and flooring, repair /replacement of the front porch round columns and a few minor
cosmetic interior repairs. The chimney repairs that aren't complete were to be organized by the owner
and the status of that work is unclear.
