It needs to come to the building department, along with a check for $15.00, for review. I meet with the senior planner on Thursday mornings and we will review it at that time. I've also attached information about the conditions of use of the property. The original permits were granted in 1985, and amended in 1989 and 2000. There are a lot of duplicates in this information so you'll need to sort it out. Once you've had a chance to go through the information, call me if you have questions.
