We propose to furnish all material and perform all labor necessary to complete the following:
Remove current front door. Install new JELD -WEN Mahogany Two (2) panel, 1 /2 light, Architectural door with
Low E glass. Install standard lockset with matching keyed alike deadbolt.
Frame and install basement door. Install matching lockset keyed the same as the front door.
Front entry Door: $ 978.55 + tax $58.68 Lockset and dead bolt (keyed alike) $63.27 + $3.79
Basement Door: $318.00 + tax $19.08 Basement lockset (keyed same as front) $31.12 + tax $1.86
Lumber and insulation (basement) $67.15 + tax $4.02 Permits and disposal $ 75.00
Labor Front door: $200.00 Labor Basement Door: $250.00
Price includes all permits, inspection and disposal fees due the city of Northampton.
We propose to complete this project in accordance with above specifications for the
sum of: Two thousand seventy and fifty two cents $ $2,070.52
