Further, I have reviewed and approved quality control for code-required controlled materials and
have visited the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction in order to remain
generally familiar with the progress and quality of the work.
As the Affidavit Architect, I hereby certif that the above referenced project complies with in
plans and specifications and all rules and regulation of the Codes oldie Commonwealth.
'I his is also to notify the Northampton Building Department that there has apparently been work
done without building permit at the exterior doors to I Ind I by unit owner Holly Graham, and
Greg Smith, Contractor, and this work should not he regarded as extensions of the work under this
permit. This affidavit does not cover this recent work, and is not of my design.
