RE: Egress and safety plan for occupants while the work is being finished.
Dear Mr. Hasbrouck,
As per your request_ this is a letter outlining the egress and safety plan for occupants while the
remaining work at Dewey House is being finished. At this point, all life safety items are
complete and functioning — and have been reviewed by my office and the office of Lindgren and
Sharples. Systems have also been tested.
The interior finish work that remains is primarily painting and this work will be complete in a
matter of days. While that (and any other work) is being completed, full egress for occupants
shall be maintained by the General Contractor.

project, many as i000 were made about existing conditions. In some certain instances those
assumptions proved to be incorrect, and modifications had to be made to the drawings to respond to
the actual existing conditions as they were exposed to \'iCw during thc course of the work. These
design modifications have been incorporated into a record set of design drawings Which will be
provided to you under separate cover.
