This email is to confirm our phone conversation today when I returned your phone call to my office.
The pending request for the complete Board of Health files on The Northampton Lodging is not withdrawn, but
you need not make any copies or take any other action in response to that request unless and until you receive
email or other written notification from me, after which I agree you may have a reasonable time (which we
agree is at least ten days) to provide the requested information.
I also acknowledge and agree that the Board of Health is entitled to a reasonable compensation for the copying.
If you let me know the amount necessary, I promise to pay that amount within ten days from receipt of your
statement of the total, which may be transmitted by email.
