Attached is a new plan for the basement space of One Bridge Street. We are not including a dining
room in the basement area at this time, however we are planning an employee bathroom. This bathroom
has been redesigned since my last submission to you and a greater amount of space has been allocated. As
shown by the fine dotted lines (clearance requirements in front of fixtures from AAB code) the bathroom is
designed to meet handicapped standards. If you approve our basement plan submission John Lebahr
would like to start construction on this bathroom next week. Please call me if you have any questions.
