Inspection report on outside stairways at 23 Pomeroy Terrace, Northampton
Found that on two of the outside stairways the ledger board was only nailed
to the house. It is recommended they be lagged in through the ledger board
and into the rim board of the house. Also, one more rail should be added to
the railings.
