Proposed renovation to 375 South ST would involve the following
- Separating the building into 3 sections. The main section (Sections A) would include the showroom section,
upstairs office. Section B would be the center section. Section C would be the end section to the far right of the
building.
- Section A is proposed for Nicky D's sales dept. to be moved to this location. This would be sales only no
mechanical or auto body. The hours of operation would be 9 -7 Monday through Friday, Sat 9 -6, Sun 11 -4. All
exterior lighting would be on a timer and would go off at a reasonable hour.
- Utilities for all sections would be separate
- A sprinkler system would be installed throughout the whole building (currently in the works)
- Separate handicap bathroom facilities will be installed in Section B and C. Section A currently has 2 handicap
bathrooms.
- New heating and ac units will be installed in older sections of the project to update the facility.
- The amount of asphalt on the property will be drastically reduced. A buffer will be placed on the right of the
building for the house that abuts the property. Islands will be installed in the front of the building to reduce the
curb cut that is currently endless. Proposing 2 /27" cuts one for each in Section B and C. More greenery and
seasonal plants will be put in the existing island. Attached is a picture of our present location, as you can see
we favor planting /greenery.
