The inspection, which was made on May 24, 2012 for your Annual Electric Permit
EP2012 -0108, it was observed, there were changed Electrical Panels for the Owner's
and Apartments of 7R and 7L buildings. There did not seem to be any permit on file
in our office, as required by M.G.L. 143 Sec 3L and 527 CMR 12:00 Rule 8 of the
Mass. Electrical Code.
The section of your premises /property inspected was the area listed above:
Buildings where any changes were made must have permits submitted and inspections.
These are safety violations that must be corrected right away.
Information must be submitted to our office for proper fee, inspections and proper
clearance.
An application for work should be submitted, by a Licensed Electrician or
Contractor. This person will perform or supervise the work.
All work shall be performed according to M.E.C. 527 CMR: 237 CMR, M.G.L. 141,143,
and Northampton Building Code - Section 7 -32
All repairs must be completed and premises found to be satisfactory.
Any Electrical Code issue that is listed as a violation will be referred to Local
Code Enforcement Dept.
