CLARIFICATION OF BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE Existing building square footage is 1830 not including the damp non - habitable basement. The new section will have a dry basement area of — 1590 sq ft. , roughly equal to the main level living area. An additional '"130 sq. ft. are gained on the second floor of the existing structure by revising the front wall and roof, space that is currently unusable eave space. 12.
