Dear Judy,
I have prepared the drawings and specifications for your sun room project. If they meet
with your approval I will file the proper building permits, and you can pass a copy of the
plans along to your wood stove designer. The cost was slightly higher then the original
estimate because as you probably noticed I forgot to include the flooring. I will,
however hold to the stated cost of $60,000.00
Scope of the Work;

by Jeffrey Bott, Jeffrey Bott Contracting.

need to be replaced or additional concrete piers added there will be additional costs
involved.
1 Building permits
2 Remove existing deck surface and rail system.
3 Place four new concrete piers at point indicated on drawings.
