The following items were discussed: Mtg. Item 08/25/09 Submittals - WBI - None today. Architectural 1.1 8/4/09 Handrail - End the new railing at the end of the building. Match the distance off of the building to be the same as on the other side, 2'. Need resubmittal of redrawn handrail. RB spoke to Jeff- resubmitting soon. 8/25/09 RB will bring to Jody as soon as we receive from Jeff. 4.1 8/25/2009 Paint - Match paint to existing paint color. Matt found the original paint cans. Item closed. 4.2 8/25/09 Faux Finishes - For canopy- need samples 9/1/09 Need samples. 4.3 8/25/09 Beams need to use a deeper beam- all beams will look the same. Item closed. 4.4 8/25/09 Front Doors - Humidity is causing issues with the finish coats and pushing out the lead 9/1/09 - 1st door and frame will be delivered on Friday 9/4/09. Item closed 5.1 9/1/09 Canopy - Ryan Hellwig inspected canopy- recommended using a double nut on the back. 5.2 9/1/09 Access Panel - This item is not needed since we went with the double nut system on the turnbuckles. Electrical 5.3 9/1/09 Light Placement - To use 4 lights w/2 emergency lights on the ends. The original placement would not work after the steel canopy was put in place. 5.4 9/1/2009 Emergency Lights - will have a test button for each one. 5.5 9/1/09 Switches - will be in the cabinet in the box office- top shelf. 1- switch for all LED lights - on a timer Poster boards on a timer- no switch 1- switch for message board- no timer 1- switch for channel letters and recepticles- no timer 1- switch for recessed LED lights- no timer 1 or 2 dials for color kinetics- wall height Timers to be located in the box office area. 5.6 9/1/09 Weatherproof Wire - to be used on the top of marquee and between the interior and exterior of the building. 5.7 9/1/09 Plastic lights - Marney to remove the old lights from the facade. 5.8 9/1/09 Plugs - there will be 2 plugs on the top of the canopy, one on each side 5.9 9/1/09 Electrical Inspection- scheduled for 9/4/09 Next Job Meeting: Tues, September 8th, 1:00 at Academy of Music.
