report records my observations of the construction at .
PROJECT PROGRESS:
I inspected the work at 83 Massasoit Ave., Northampton, MA, depicted in the plans by
Whetstone Engineering entitled "Residential Renovation ", dated 4/30/12. I find the work done
in a workmanlike manner and essentially in accordance with the design documents.
It is my opinion, based upon my training and experience as a professional engineer, as well
as my site visit, that these renovations meet the structural requirements of 780 CMR 51.00, The .
Massachusetts Residential Code.
