I’ll be issuing the ConsCom Determination in the next few days, but the project received approval at last week’s
meeting.
The Commission required a drywell to allow roof runoff to infiltrate rather than flow across the lawn, so you may
need some additional information from the builder about that.

The project was approved by the conservation commission at their meeting 6/14, with the
following conditions: 1) erosion control during construction; 2) removal of existing railroad tie
patio to offset roof; 3) installation of wells to capture runoff from roof.
Is this permit now approved on your end?
