Tom,
The zoning permit for 3 Brewster Ct. will need Central Business review (expansion of an anomaly building). The
project, as drawn, would also need a special permit from the planning board because it doesn't meet the 30 foot height
requirement (unless I'm reading the drawing wrong) . It is very close, though and if it were ^'2 feet taller it wouldn't need
the special permit. If you say it will meet the 30' requirement as built, I'll just mark it up for Central Business. Let me
know.
HEIGHT
The vertical distance from the average finished grade of the adjacent ground to the top of the structure of the
highest roof beams of a flat roof, the deck of a mansard roof, or the mean level of the highest gable or slope of a
hip roof. (See Diagram 2 below.)
