The project, as drawn, would also need a special permit from the planning board because it doesn't meet the 30 foot height requirement (unless I'm reading the drawing wrong) . It is very close, though and if it were ^'2 feet taller it wouldn't need the special permit. If you say it will meet the 30' requirement as built, I'll just mark it up for Central Business. Let me know.
