In June of this year Harry Fett of BSF Construction was hired to complete construction on Unit #5 after Al Martinbeault was unable to complete the work. Unfortunately Mr. Fett's work did not meet the quality standards intended for this project. Gregory J. Browne of Browne's Custom Construction has been hired to complete the work and with this letter will be submitting an application requesting this change to the building permit. Also as you requested, a set of drawings showing which parts of the project remain to be completed and a copy of the Construction Control Document are also submitted.
