Costs: Costs for the project are as sho on the attached estimate summary and Wright
Builders, Inc. makes substantial efforts to secure and hold pricing on all aspects of the

based products and lumber are beyond the control of \\fright Builders, Inc. and the
customer agrees to pay for incremental cost changes that exceed those unit costs
