I have reviewed the zoning permit application you submitted on July 29, 2010. Additional
permits are required if you wish to proceed with this project.
This project will require a site plan review by the planning board as a major project per
Northampton ordinance chapter 350, section 11.
Additionally, the Historical Commission has determined that the Rectory is a preferably
preserved structure and cannot be demolished without permission from the Historical Commission, or
until the demolition delay period has passed.
