Approximately 25,811 sq. ft. of this roof will be replaced with a mechanically fastened roofing system. The roof area that will be replaced covers Building 7. This facility is located in a 90 mph wind zone and has a Ground Roughness of B. The RoofNav Number for this system is 233475 -0 -0. This roofing assembly shows a new membrane being attached to the steel deck, and then ensuring that the steel deck is secured to the structure. It has been confirmed that this system can use either Carlisle or Versico components for this system. The contractor's package states that a Carlisle HP recovery board will be placed between the existing deck and the new roof membrane. This board will be held in place with RHINOBOND fastening. This will be applied at a rate of one every 4 sq. ft. having eight per every 4 x 8 ft board.
