The unit will be anchor bolted into the existing Walgreens sidewalk and abut the Walgreens building. We do expect

I went over the application and the drawings. The machine is allowed in that location, as long as it meets our
lighting criteria. I've attached a copy of the ordinance. It looks like the illumination meets the cutoff requirements but I
can't tell what the light levels would be on the sidewalk in front of the machine; we have some pretty restrictive
requirements. Look at section 12.2 [C] [7] and [8]. Without seeing the machine, I'd guess max 20 to 30 fc on the face.
The only additional permits you'll need is an electrical permit to install it. Call me if you have more questions. I'll get a
copy of the determination in the mail on Friday.
