This letter is to inform you that the Bar Rack Replacement Project at the Northampton Wastewater
Treatment Facility is complete. The Bar Rack is installed and has been fully operational since January.
Based on field observations, it appears that all work was installed in compliance with the plans and
specifications for this project.
