RE: Article 240.24(B) and Article 110.26(A)(1)
Massachusetts Electrical Code
On October 29, 2003 I made an electrical inspection to your property at 29 Carlon Drive
for Cebula Electrical who installed wiring for FHBT Credit Union. This wiring method
required an inspection from the point of origin located in Party world space.
The FHBT manager said ,when asked, that she had no key to access the circuit breakers
supplying FHBT space.
Massachusetts Electrical Code States (article 240.24B) tenants shall have ready access to
their overcurrent devices.
In 1999 you guaranteed me by letter that tenants would have access to electrical panels.
By not providing tenants this right violates and cancels our 1999 agreement.
In addition FHBT has added a fire alarm and a security alarm system to this panel. It is
important that this panel now be placed in their space.
In addition in 1999 you gave me your personal guarantee that there would be clear access
to electrical panels in party world. On 10/29/03 I observed electrical panels were blocked
by storage of helium cylinders and other storage materials. This violates MEC Article
110.26(A)(1).
