24B-039 area of land disturbance shall be specified on a plan certified by a registered professional
engineer or registered land surveyor. If at any time within five years of the date of this
Waiver Decision, the total area of land disturbance for all individual projects together
exceeds 1 acre on the property named above or as part of a common plan of development
including the property named above, a Stormwater Management Permit shall be required
by the Northampton DPW. If the area of disturbance exceeds one acre and a Stormwater
Management Permit is required, a stop work order shall be issued for any construction
work on the site until such time that a Stormwater Management Permit is approved by the
Northampton DPW. If a Stormwater Management Permit is required, all phases of site
work, including the site plan named above, shall be included in the required application
for a Stormwater Management Permit.
2. Prior to the start of construction, the owner shall provide the Northampton DPW with
electronic coordinates with adequate coordinate points to delineate the total area of land
disturbance as specified in the Site Plan named above.
