(3) Notwithstanding the above provisions, Walter Braley may terminate this Agreement at anytime by giving sixty (60) days prior written notice of her intent to do so based upon the occurrence of any of the following: (i) The insolvency of AWL or the filing of any proceeding against the AWL seeking any form of relief from creditors (ii) Change in persons responsible for the direction and management of AWL. (iii) AWL defaults on its obligation to perform emergency repair services. _ (iv) Mutual agreement of the parties (4) Upon termination of this Agreement for any cause, the parties agree to continue their cooperation in odder to effect an orderly transition of their relationship. AWL will immediately cease holding itself out as the property manager of this property.
