Smith, Planner, on behalf of the Northampton Planning Board SUBJECT: Roundhouse Parking Lot DATE: September 24, 1982 FILE: At their meeting on September 23, 1982 Planning Board Member George Andrikidis brought to the full Board your concerns regarding Special Permit requirements for parking,for a use in one zone,being located in another,with regard to the proposed Roundhouse parking lot. After discussing the matter at length the Planning Board unanimously passed the following Resolution: RESOLUTION The Northampton Planning Board has reviewed plans for the municipal parking in the Roundhouse area and considers them to be an improvement in the existing municipal parking. Most of the proposed parking area is situated within the Central Business Zoning District, where municipal parking areas are permitted.
