AFFIDAVIT
I, Robert Byrnes, under oath, depose and say as follows:
1) My name is Robert Byrnes.
2) I hold a Massachusetts Construction License in good standing, License
#CS090341.
3) At the request of building owner John Dunphy I inspected the wooden
exit stairway and balcony at orthampton.
4) I determined that the stairway and balcony to be in structurally good and
safe condition at the time of my inspection.
5) I determined that the stairway and balcony are in compliance with the
state building code.
Dated at Greenfield, Massachusetts in the County of Franklin and the
State of Massachusetts, this 7 say of May, 009.
