Hello Louis,
The building is 55,146 square feet. Divide that by 1000, so we need 56 parking spaces. We currently have 97; two will be
taken up by the shed, which leaves us with 95.

Hi,
The plot plan shows the proposed shed in the parking area. City Zoning does not allow a Toss of parking unless
the remaining spaces meet the parking requirements. The nursing home needs one parking space for each 1000 square
feet of gross floor area. Please provide the gross area of the building and the number of existing parking spaces, along
with the number of parking spaces that will be lost to the shed. We will review the application as soon as we have that
information. Thanks.
