Re: Installation of Shed no permits
Dear Scott & Kelly O'Connor,
I made a site visit and spoke with you on Monday Octover 5 and informed you that you had installed
shed with out proper permits and that shed is in violation of zoning set backs.
You stated that you would comply and apply for building permit. As of today you have failed to do so. I
am enclosing a copy of the zoning requirements for set back of shed.
The normal fee for permit is $25 if you fail to apply for permit by October 14 by noon the fees will be
doubled and you could face fines of up to $100 per day for each day violation continues.
Please respond upon receipt of this letter to 587- 1242with your plans.
