The Scope of the Project: The scope of the work is as outlined below. „_. - Renovationsto include insulation improvements per plan, inc f oam insula at attic roof rafters and gable ends. Insulation will also be installed at basement perimeter walls (above grade areas), living room floor area at crawl space, ceiling area at kitchen entry, 1 floor living room and dining room ceiling, wall areas identified as having voids and Gambrel roof areas. Patch and match a painting (corner to comer) of the wall areas related to the Gambrel will be repaired after new insulation is installed. Replace 36 windows, with new double glazed, low E argon glass, simulated divided light windows per schedule along with interior and exterior paint at trims. Remove existing steam boiler, related piping (no asbestos abatement), cast iron radiators and oil tank. Oil removal is by owner. Install new gas fired high efficiency hot water boiler and distribution Pex piping with Radson radiators, new theiinostats, zone controls, indirect water heater, chases with patching & painting where needed and preparation for future heat at third floor. Costs: Costs for the project are as shown on the attached estimate summary and Wright Builders, Inc. makes substantial efforts to secure and hold pricing on all aspects of the work.
