It appears that either you and /or your contractors accessed the rear of your property at 61 Chapel Street over City land with vehicles and /or equipment on a regular basis resulting in this damage. You are liable for all damages incurred from this activity. Effective immediately, you are required to cease all activities except repair. You are required to submit a corrective plan of action within five (5) days of receipt of this letter. The corrective action plan must stop all erosion immediately, restoration of the City property to its original condition and cleaning of the local catch basin sump and pipes of eroded materials. Failure to submit and implement a plan will require the DPW to take the actions necessary to protect the City's property at your expense. The DPW awaits your response. Sincerely, el Edward S.
