This letter is to serve as an affidavit that I have reviewed and inspected the construction project at
90 Pomeroy Terrace, Unit 4 and certify the work to be complete per 780 CMR 1162.2. The work is
in compliance with the Plans and Specifications of the Project. The unit is ready to be occupied and
no additional work at this unit shall be done under the current permit.
