Dear Mr. Patillo:
On behalf of Mr. Bruce Shallcross of the Three County Fair, Huntley Associates, P.C. (HAPC)
respectfully requests your assistance with the following matter:
Based on review of archived documents at our office, and review of additional documents at
the Office of the Building Inspector, it appears that Arena capacity was apparently changed
from 3,000 persons from original construction and Certificate of Inspection up to Certificate of
Inspection of 9/1/96. After the 9/1/96 Certificate of Inspection, it appears the Arena capacity
was reduced to 1,667 persons.
We respectfully request re- assignment of the 3,000 - person capacity for the Arena, or
clarification as to the reason for reduction of allowed capacity. The Three County Fair's ability
to host events of the 2,500 -3,000 person category would greatly enhance the Fair's
marketability and usability.
