Zoning Administrator: Larry Snyder. The Findings of the Zoning Administrator under Section 9.3(1)(D) for a change of a pre- existing structure were as follows: 1. The Zoning Administrator found that the change (renovation of a covered porch to a four - season sunroom) would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming structure and would not extend any closer to any front, side, or rear property boundary than the current zoning allows or existing structure already extends, and would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not involve a sign. planning board - conservation commission - zoning board of appeals • housing partnership - redevelopment authority • northampton GIS economic development • community development • historic district commission • histori cat commission • central business arcbitecture original printed on recycled paper
